As a «FP&A Analyst», you will join the Finance team under the supervision of the Finance Director and participate in all the finance activities of the company. In this context, your missions will include the following:
Mission N°1: Budget, forecast, reporting and business analysis
Updating, monitoring and analysis of reports and KPIs (monthly reporting, analytical P&L, sales pipeline analysis, etc.)
Participation in yearly budget and reforecast exercise
Elaboration of the financial communication of the company (preparation of boards…)
Budget follow-up in tight collaboration with management team in order to provide visibility on budget and costs engaged.
Mission N°2: Financial controlling & monthly closing
Monthly closing preparation (processing of supplier invoices, customer invoicing, cash collection, relationship with the chartered accountant …)
Day-to-day cash monitoring and analysis
Management & optimization of customer invoicing process
Implementation and optimization of financial processes for the whole company
Participation in payroll process (commissions notably)
Mission N°3: Ad-hoc & strategic projects
Implementation of new reporting and ad hoc analysis in cooperation with all teams and managers
Monitoring of potential funding opportunities (grants, etc.)

You have a Master’s degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering School
You have 2 years of experience in audit, consulting or corporate finance
