🎯 Your Mission
As Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategy and employer brand. You’ll work closely with C-level leaders & HRBPs to attract, engage, and retain the best talents across Europe - driving our growth with excellence and innovation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Define and lead a global Talent Acquisition strategy fully aligned with our business ambitions and workforce plans.
• Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and C-level executives to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a best-in-class recruitment process.
• Challenge and optimize sourcing methods (internal & external) to attract top-tier candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Oversee Employer Branding operations, collaborating with Marketing and Communications to design impactful campaigns and promote employee advocacy.
• Build and develop a high-performing TA team, fostering growth through innovation (AI in recruitment, automation, D&I initiatives).
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Lead innovative recruiting projects, from graduate programs to automation and data-driven decision-making, to position our organization as a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function.

We’re looking for a strategic builder and people leader - someone who moves fast, thinks big, and thrives on creating lasting impact through exceptional talent.
Your profile:
• Proven experience of 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced or scaling environments.
• Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, tools (ATS, CRM), and employer branding strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence and partner at all levels.
• Passion for people, growth, and impact - you believe great talent builds great companies.
• Comfortable in dynamic, high-growth contexts, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Data-driven and structured, always seeking to improve processes and candidate experience.
