Maximize the CEO’s impact and turn strategy into concrete execution and measurable results.
You are the CEO’s right-hand person: you increase their leverage, structure decision-making, and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into clear, tracked, and executed actions.
Prepare the CEO’s key meetings (objectives, context, expected decisions).
Structure, prepare, and ensure follow-up for executive committee meetings, board meetings, and all-hands.
Reduce distractions and back-and-forth to improve the quality of strategic decisions.
Represent the CEO in certain meetings and carry their vision in their absence.
Help formalize the long-term vision with the founders.
Prepare strategic materials (executive committee, board, presentations).
Clarify options, trade-offs, and impacts on structuring topics.
Act as a sparring partner to the CEO on key decisions.
Turn strategic priorities into concrete roadmaps and action plans.
Implement and run an OKR / KPI framework.
Ensure executive committee decisions are followed by actions and executed on time.
Align tech, business, and operations teams around priorities.
Structure governance rituals (executive committee, key forums).
Track decisions and trade-offs, and address misalignments or tensions.
Ensure smooth and consistent information flow across the organization.
Temporarily take ownership of critical or poorly managed business or operations topics.
Run rapid diagnostics (consulting-style) on urgent situations.
Clarify issues, build an executable action plan, and hand ownership back to teams.
Structure and roll out the internal communication roadmap.
Organize key leadership moments (extended executive committees, offsites).
Strengthen the founders’ internal and external credibility.
Actively contribute to the animation of Vizzia’s culture.
Strong experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or a senior cross-functional role.
Excellent strategic vision with a strong ability to move quickly into execution.
Very strong project management, coordination, and PMO skills.
Comfortable with data, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
Ability to solve complex problems quickly and in a structured way.
Leadership, assertiveness, and managerial courage.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
