Mission

Bring Vizzia’s accounting in-house and structure it to ensure reliable financial production, support the company’s growth, and help the executive team make informed decisions. This role is key to securing financial close processes, improving workflows, and providing sustainable accounting expertise in a scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring the end-to-end general accounting function in-house and manage it autonomously.

• Secure and accelerate monthly and annual financial closes.

• Produce reliable and actionable financial reporting for management (P&L, cash flow, KPIs).

• Structure, automate, and improve accounting processes (invoicing, collections, tools).

• Manage the relationship with the accounting firm and support internal teams on financial topics.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in full-scope, hands-on operational accounting.

• Solid command of monthly and annual close processes in a demanding environment.

• Comfortable with modern tools, ideally Pennylane, and with automation.

• Ability to structure and improve processes in a scale-up context.

• High level of autonomy, strong sense of priorities, and excellent reliability.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to propose concrete improvements.
