Rémi Agier CEO, responsible for the company's vision and mission

"We are developing an artificial vision solution for robots, to enable them to better perceive their environment and to provide more services."

"Adaptability, the ability to learn new skills, because there is a big chance that the tools we will be using in one year's time do not yet exist."

Why Visual Behavior? To solve the problem of observation in robotics. To permit intelligent, commonsense robotics that serve humans.

Rémi, Founder & CEO

Thibault Neveu, CTO of Visual Behavior and talent acquisition.

Technical challenges:

  • Finding the building blocks of visual autonomy
  • Working for real time applications
  • Being able to deploy in embedded hardware and small computers.

If you are looking for a technical challenge in research and production in the field of robotics, Visual Behavior is one of the best places in France.

Why Visual Behavior? To solve the observation problem in robotics. We want to develop a human-level vision system.

Thibault, co-fonder & CTO

Tech team

Julien Salotti. PhD in machine learning. works on the border between engineer and R&D researcher.

"Developing artificial intelligence models that enable robots to better understand their environment. On a daily basis, it's a mix of research work (reading research articles, modelling and formalising the problem to be solved) and development (using deep learning libraries to enrich our code base, training and evaluating models)."

Why Visual Behavior? Within Visual Behavior, we share the desire to solve theoretical research problems, while confronting the constraints of the industrial application of the methods developed.

Julien, Machine Learning Researcher

Commercial team

The Sales team develops Visual Behavior's commercial activity in France and internationally by identifying the opportunities to increase its turnover in the long and short term.

Your daily tasks?

  • Develop and maintain the client database and partnerships
  • Identify development programmes + events to attract new prospects
  • Carry out market research and constant monitoring of trends and competition.
  • Think about how to improve the products/services offered.
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of the BP on CT and LT.

Values ? a challenging and positive team atmosphere - we like to share our respective tasks at work but we also like to discuss a variety of topics that make us think and grow as people, it's stimulating.

Why Visual Behavior? To get into the new paradigm created by the association of AI with many aspects of everyday life. The trends suggest that this is just the beginning, 'being on the train rather than seeing it go by'

Mailys, Business Developer

Marketing & Communication team

The Marketing Communications team works on enriching Visual Behavior's social networks, managing events and trade shows, and the company's image (i.e. website management, creating flyers, videos, etc.).

I interact with all the divisions on different projects and it's great to have a cross-functional job that means I'm constantly interacting with my colleagues.

Shared values: Visual Behavior is a company with people who are full of curiosity, ambition and creativity.

Why Visual Behavior? To extend my project management culture to tech, a field that I thought was far from my comfort zone and dedicated to engineers with glasses. Today, I am opening up my field of vision !
