🔑 The opportunity

We are looking for a new Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will help analyze and project our financial performance to drive improvement and optimization. You will be a successful candidate if you are highly analytical, focused on robustly challenging and delivering insight to improve business performance.  At Virtuo, we have a low hierarchical level, your input will create impact and you will be at the heart of Virtuo’s strategy. You will be autonomous on your subjects but at the same time, you will have mentors to help you grow! 

🎯 Your missions

Management Account Reporting

- Be responsible for monthly reporting related to your scope (Car Costs), for internal and external stakeholders, including budget and forecast variance analysis

- Work closely with Fleet Managers and GMs on car sourcing to better understand all car cost components 

- Communicate important takeaways to senior stakeholders, including identifying opportunities and risks

- Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis 

Bank Reporting 

Work closely with our CFO on reporting for Banks

Planning

Drive the planning process within your scope (annual budget, reforecasts, monthly financial reviews), challenging assumptions and ensuring business drivers are clearly understood and highlighted

Process improvement

- Participate to process improvements (need to restructure our reporting files and improve collaboration with accounting team), including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, dashboards and recommendation of actions for optimization

- Work alongside the FP&A team in data analysis: create and organize financial dashboards on our BI software (Looker), help implement our new budgeting software (Pigment)

- Participate in ad hoc financial projects to support the growth of Virtuo

🌟 You are the ideal candidate if

- You have a Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (Bac +5 – business / engineering school) 

- You have 1-2 years work experience (internships included) in FP&A or audit/transaction services 

- You are a quick learner, proactive, and well organized

- You are able to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment

- You are analytical with strong logical thinking skills

- You work well individually as well as in a team environment

- You are Fluent in French with excellent communication skills in English

- You have previous financial modeling experience, comfortable working with large datasets (Pigment, Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau,…)
