Freyssinet Australia is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Remedial Division, delivering complex and technically challenging remediation and façade upgrade projects across NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist contractor known for quality, innovation, and technical excellence.

About the Role

In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects within our remedial division, focusing on façades and infrastructure restoration. You’ll play a key role in delivering outcomes that are safe, efficient, and aligned with client expectations. The position is costed to projects, and you’ll be equipped with the necessary tools and support to succeed from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring quality, safety, and time objectives are met
• Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• Provide technical input and troubleshooting support
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to project reporting and financial tracking using Workbench (training provided)

Skills and Experience Required

• 5–10 years’ experience in construction or contracting
• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proven experience on remedial, façade, or infrastructure upgrade projects
• Ability to manage site teams, interface with clients, and drive project outcomes
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and safety standards
