Freyssinet Australia is seeking skilled Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join our Civils Team on a major bridge project in Canberra. This two-year project offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging civil engineering works, while developing your career within a global engineering leader.

About the Role

As a Site Engineer or Project Engineer, you will:

• Support the planning and delivery of bridge strengthening and bearing replacement works
• Assist in the coordination of FRP works and post-tensioning operations
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and day-to-day site activities
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress, reporting directly to the Project Manager
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes

About You

We are looking for engineers who have:

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline)
• Previous experience in bridges, structures, or civil infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of FRP works, bearing replacements, jacking or post-tensioning (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to safety and quality delivery
