What you will do 🚀
The Team Lead Commercial is a frontline sales manager responsible for overseeing a team of account executives and ensuring both individual and collective sales targets are met.
This role involves driving team performance, supporting skill development, and actively contributing to revenue growth through client portfolio management (upsell, cross-sell, renewal) and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Performance Monitoring :
Lead and coach a team (training, support, motivation).
Knowledge or mastery of the MEDDIC methodology.
Ensure achievement of KPIs: net revenue, pipeline coverage, territory coverage, conversion rates, etc.
Organize regular team rituals: one-on-ones, team meetings, performance debriefs
Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action plans
Act as the liaison between the sales team and sales leadership
Foster strong collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, etc.)
Be owner and accountable for accurate forecast and pipeline coverage amongst targets (individual and collective)
Sales Activity Oversight :
Track performance metrics via CRM and internal tools
Ensure proper use of sales tools and adherence to sales processes
Optimize prospecting methods and sales pitches
Contribute to the evolution of scripts, pitch decks, sequences, etc.
Individual Sales Contribution :
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients (upsell, cross-sell, renewal)
Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio
Prospect and close new clients
Participate in commercial strategy and the identification of key segments
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related fields. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
8+ years in mid-Market sales, focusing on SaaS solutions in digital trust, and a first successful experience as a team lead (3 people)
A first experience in technologies like VideoID, OCR, and fraud prevention is a plus.
Hard Skills
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with an in-depth understanding of mid-market sales cycles.
Expertise in the MEDDICC sales methodology, capable of effectively qualifying opportunities and managing key stakeholders.
Experience managing or coaching a sales team (3 people)
Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, email sequences, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong sales communication skills with a value-based consultative approach
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proficient level of English, Fluent in French.
