As a professional digital native since 2017, Serge has worked as a digital consultant and team manager in various international networks like Havas, Publicis and WPP.

He joined Valtech on 2020 and since then runs the Paris and Geneva office as managing director.

After building her career in digital agencies in Brazil, Vanessa joined Valtech in 2017 as an Agile Project Manager after moving to France. She later grew into a Program Manager role and now also leads Delivery Excellence initiatives. She’s known for bringing structure to complex programs while keeping teams aligned and calm under pressure. With nearly 20 years of experience (no math required), she has worked across multiple industries partnering with global clients. Based in France and working across Europe, the Americas and APAC, she values Valtech’s strong cultural mix. Outside work, she enjoys travel, cooking, and unwinding with a good TV show.

After 7 years in Canada and initial experience in data and analytics, Thibaut joined Valtech in November 2017 as Lead Data Analytics. Managing a multidisciplinary team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Data Engineers daily, he ensures that each project runs smoothly and keeps abreast of the latest trends in the digital field.

Youssef has carved out a distinguished career in the engineering domain, beginning as a Developer and progressing to join Valtech in November 2019 as Head of Production and Support for a prestigious global Luxury Brand. His ascent continued, leading him to the position of Head of Engineering in 2024. Under his leadership, he oversees diverse teams encompassing Architecture, Run, Release, Development, and the Engineers Community. Youssef is committed to fostering an environment where engineering professionals not only thrive but are also kept at the forefront of digital innovation, ensuring team satisfaction and alignment with industry advancements.

Following an international career punctuated by experiences in digital agencies, Elodie joined Valtech in November 2020 as a Project Manager/Scrum Master. Her diverse experience has enabled her to take on several roles on projects and to expand her technological, digital, and managerial knowledge. By nature, a jack-of-all-trades, curious and user-centric at heart, it was only natural that she should turn to managing web products. Her main mission is to ensure product success, user understanding and continuous improvement. Elodie strives to create links with all the teams in contact with the product and to follow the product's production cycle from the formulation of the vision, the implementation of a roadmap, right through to delivery. The ultimate aim is to ensure that the best improvements are delivered to bring value to the user.

Fort de plus de 15 ans d’expérience en digital, j'ai évolué de la gestion de projet vers une expertise confirmée de 10 ans en e-commerce, avant de me spécialiser en Product Experience Management (PXM). Mon rôle ? Transformer la donnée produit brute en une expérience d'achat fluide, cohérente et omnicanale. Expert PIM depuis 6 ans, je place la gouvernance des données au cœur de ma stratégie pour structurer des processus liés aux produits. J'interviens dans le luxe, le retail et l'industrie pour orchestrer des projets complexes où la maîtrise de l'information est le premier levier de conversion et de performance.

Ludovic est convaincu que l'Agilité répond à la fois à ses valeurs et aux problématiques de gestion de produits et des équipes dont il avait la responsabilité, cette approche s’est naturellement imposée dans son quotidien.
Certifié Product Owner, Scrum Master et SaFe agilist, il a rejoint Valtech en tant que Senior Scrum Master après avoir passé plusieurs années à gérer des projets et des équipes en contexte international pour des produits web, des app mobiles ou pour des constructeurs automobiles.

A software engineering graduate, Preeti has around 11 years of experience working in the IT sector. Starting off her career as a junior developer intern with an international telecommunication giant, she got acquainted with eCommerce ATG platform technology. From then on, she followed working on a series of ecommerce projects for international clients from telecom to transport to luxury industry. Having a varied range of dev and devops experience with a number of technologies, she joined Valtech France in 2018 for a new adventure. Preeti loves exploring new places and new culture.

Stas is a business analyst with over 11 years of experience in Retail POS systems and 14 years in the IT field. Having a specialization in Information Systems Security, he started as a System Administrator working with networks and servers. Later he joined a systems integrator to localize and implement Oracle Retail POS systems. Stas moved to Paris in 2022 and joined Valtech as a Retail POS Business Analyst. He's responsible for working with key Business Stakeholders to identify requirements, document them, create functional designs and coordinate technical teams on the delivery, testing and support.In his free time, he enjoys designing and crafting home decor objects.

Jacqueline is a Brazilian who has been creating websites and blogs as a hobby since she was 12 years old. She had worked as a front-end for over a decade, since she switched career paths from Human Movement Sciences to IT. She joined Valtech Brazil in 2018 as a team manager and tech lead. Recently moved to France to work as Lead Front-End Developer.

Daniel a bâti un parcours à la croisée du code, du marketing digital et de la data. Formé à l’EPITA, il démarre comme développeur puis s’oriente vers la performance, la mesure et l’optimisation des parcours. Entrepreneuriat à l’international avec Elyseum à San Francisco, puis création de Prestigium à Paris, dédié au luxe. Il rejoint Valtech en 2011 pour structurer l’offre digital performance. Après sept ans, il prend la tête de la Data Marketing d’une autre agence, où il développe équipes et offres. En 2022, il revient à Valtech comme Country Manager France & Suisse pour accélérer Commerce, Stratégie et Data Transformation.

Passionnée par le digital et l’IA, Lise transforme la tech en levier stratégique pour ses clients. Son profil ? Atypique et hybride. Elle cultive depuis 15 ans un mélange constant entre les enjeux business et tech, avec les people au coeur! Diplômée de Sciences Po en 2009, et après un parcours de Business Developer dans la Fintech (PayPal, Amex, Worldline), cette employée "boomerang" revient chez Valtech en 2024 pour sa passion de l'innovation et des équipes. Son obsession : résoudre vos "pain points" de bout en bout. Aujourd'hui New Business Director pour la France, l'Espagne et la Suisse, elle réunit une équipe de talents pour propulser votre transformation IA à l'échelle.

Etienne is the Director of Adobe Expertise, bringing over two decades of experience in web development and digital strategy, with a strong foundation as an AEM developer. He has successfully led large-scale projects for globally recognized brands, particularly in the luxury sector, managing complex digital ecosystems such as global websites and corporate DAM (Digital Asset Management) solutions. In his current role, Etienne oversees Valtech's Adobe Practice, ensuring the team's expertise remains cutting-edge. He also plays a key role in the pre-sales phase, contributing his technical expertise to strengthen bids and deliver innovative solutions for clients.

A Software Engineering graduate, Antonin joined Valtech in March 2022 as a Front-End Developer during his end-of-study internship, the "Talent Program". Having studied in Malaysia and Sweden, it was important for Antonin to work in a multicultural environment like Valtech. Building on his previous experience with the French Ministry of Culture and INSEP, Antonin is now working as a Lead Front- End Developer for a major luxury brand.

Après plusieurs années de collaboration chez l’annonceur, notamment Renault, Nestlé et Canal +, Sabrina a rejoint Valtech au poste de Client Team Director. Elle a pour mission la gestion d’un portefeuille de grands comptes, ainsi que l’évolution et le soutien de la croissance de l’offre "Marketing Services". Avec sa vision holistique, Sabrina a la capacité de construire des plans d'action et des stratégies opérationnelles et de diriger des équipes multi-fonctionnelles. Elle fait toujours de l'orientation client une préoccupation majeure. Titulaire d’un Master en Marketing et Business, formée au Design Thinking ainsi qu’au Growth Hacking, Sabrina est également membre de l’IADAS et jurée pour les Webby & The Lovie Awards.

Masoud comes from Iran which he left Iran when he was 17. He then graduated from Staffordshire University in Malaysia and started working for web consultancy start-ups., before joining Sitecore Malaysia. That was the beginning of his Sitecore career and still counting. After 10 years in Kuala Lumpur, he left the country to work on one of the greatest Sitecore Projects with Valtech.

Besides loving what he does, he also enjoys sports, traveling and occasional hang outs with friends.

Sunil is a Certified Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer, having an experience of 5.5 years in the e-commerce web-application development. He joined Valtech France in 2019 as a SFCC consultant and working for a client who is a French multinational corporation specialized in luxury goods. He completed his bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication in 2015 and then did his advanced training in programming, which was the kick start for his career. Then he worked in India for 3.5 years for multinational American e-commerce projects and received many awards of excellence. In his spare time, Sunil enjoys practicing French, traveling, discovering new places and photography. Also, he is an intermediate artist who does paintings and pencil sketches.

With close to a decade of experience in the technical delivery of e-commerce platforms and digital solutions, Adrian works at the crossroads of product, technology, and delivery. He specializes in leading complex projects, aligning business objectives with technical constraints, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, with a growing focus on data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. He developed much of his expertise in the United States, working within Adobe Commerce partner agencies, and is now based in Paris, where he supports international digital projects.

Suzi joined Valtech in 1995 and has an intricate knowledge of the business. She has held many senior leadership roles in that time, operating as General Manager in France and running major transformational client programmes as Managing Director of Valtech Global Projects. More recently her attention has shifted to focusing on Valtech’s people. As Chief Collaboration officer, she sought to increase efficiency and strengthen employee engagement. In 2024 she became Chief People Officer and now works with People & Culture experts to engage, inspire and delight employees across the world. From developing better ways of working, to supporting continuous learning, to attracting the best talent, she is building a unified, inclusive and happy global community.

Gustavo is Brazilian living and working in Paris since 2020. Having always worked as frontend developer, put his first website online in 1999, but get passioned for high traffic and performant sites after working for one of the biggest news and media companies in South America. Joined Valtech Brazil in 2015 as a senior developer and now is Director of Front End of Valtech Paris. Today is responsible for coordinating the projects, animate the front team and as well help defining the future frontend stack of new projects, creating modern solutions that performs and delivers.
