Became a new member of our Cards department and join the team of 6 colleagues, who are combining communication skills with analysis. The team is Czech-speaking, but your manager – Marta will communicate with you in English. We are taking care of the strategy, development, rollout, and ongoing management of UniCredit Bank card products and benefits. This also include cooperation with various departments in the bank like Marketing, finance, IT or legal. Outside of the bank we interact regularly with various vendors that supply current or future Card benefits eg Visa, MasterCard, DragonPass, Priority Pass, Allianz etc.

What will you do:

• Manage and support the execution (as it relates to benefits) of the card product strategy
• Creating and managing exceptional Cardholder experiences and resolving vendor, cardholder and client escalations
• Provide subject matter expertise, insights, and recommendations on issues and opportunities affecting UCB’s Card benefit roadmap
• Forecasting and budgeting benefits usage, revenues, and costs
• Conducting analysis, pricing, business casing and 3rd party negotiation to deliver new benefits
• Engaging with external clients as required to execute the benefit strategy, track, and share results and consult on new client product launches and enhancements
• Ensuring adherence to corporate and industry legislative standards

What should you know:

• Program/project management and negotiation skills
• Ability to write product requirements including detailed use cases
• Experience in creating and operating seamless customer experiences
• Digital mindset and familiarity with digital deployments (APIs, SDKs, AI, etc.)
• Communication skills and ability to communicate in English
• Analytical thinking and orientation to detail
