Your Role:
As Partner success Manager, wou will report directly to the International Manager Partner Success Manager, located in Paris, and you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners in the Central Europe region.

What will you do:

  • Ensure the success of the current partnerships by delivering proactive services and ensure partners and final customers satisfaction.
  • Be in charge to support the local business team by being part of launching new partnerships.
  • support the local business to achieve targets by supporting efficiently partners on all Services perspective: to ensure partners teams skills ramp up, to support them in delivering more value to customers, while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Be the voice of the partner and provide internal feedback on how PeopleDoc can better serve our partners
  • Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams (Product Management, R&D, Marketing and Sales) to drive better results
  • Resolve Services inquiries in a timely and productive manner
  • Be the first level of escalation once alerted by the Customer Care Service
  • Follow and update partners’ information into appropriate tools

Preferred experience

You’ll be a good fit if you :

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Understand and maintain multiple functional specification
  • Suggest improvements with partners on Services aspects
  • Supervise the efficient use of PeopleDoc platform with partners and final clients
  • Develop and build strong relationships with your partner’s stakeholders: steering committees, regular visits, reports, events
  • Understand partners and indirect clients’ needs and priorities to optimize the use of their platform
  • Effectively communicate application features and product information for new releases and facilitate their adoption
