We’re on a mission to transform urban mobility in France by building bold, data-driven marketing strategies that inspire riders and drivers alike.

About the job:

  • Lead the strategy and planning for Uber’s France mobility marketing team, setting ambitious KPIs and driving growth. You’ll coach and mentor 2 brilliant team members.
  • Develop and execute world-class, through-the-funnel campaigns that boost brand and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Communications, Policy, and Product teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Build and optimize high-performing media strategies, working with agency partners and internal leads.
  • Oversee a significant marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.
  • Manage and develop a talented team of marketers, fostering excellence and innovation.
About you:
  • You have 7+ years of consumer marketing experience, specializing in through-the-funnel strategies.
  • You’re perfectly fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills for presenting to leadership.
  • You have proven success in leading and growing teams, with a passion for people development.
  • You got a strong track record of delivering strategic marketing plans that drive growth and engagement.
  • You’re skilled in data-led decision-making and comfortable interpreting complex data sets.
  • You have experience managing external creative and media agencies.
  • Ideally, you’ve already worked in a large-scale corporation where you had to navigate complex environments.
This position is based in Paris with office days from Tuesday to Thursday (we have an amazing office with a legendary daily catering).
