We’re hiring a Product Manager to join our Product team, based in Paris. This role will be within our Evaluations squad, reporting to Alexandre, Lead PM.
You’ll help deliver the team's roadmap with a split of operational execution and strategic contribution.
Expect a product that’s both technical and business-critical: you’ll work on improving evaluation quality and customer understanding, contributing directly to key outcomes, while partnering closely with Engineering, Data, Ops, and Revenue.
Location: Paris, hybrid (approx. 1 day/week in office).
Compensation: 50k - 62k OTE
Own and deliver medium-complexity features end-to-end (discovery → delivery → launch) in 1–3 month cycles
Define hypotheses, validate them using customer feedback and business/product data
Create and maintain a prioritized backlog (1–3 months horizon), aligned with engineering capacity and constraints
Write clear specs / exploration docs that engineering can build from, with success criteria and risks
Execute on technical/data-heavy initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination
Define success metrics and track feature performance post-launch
Analyze product data to identify optimization opportunities and guide iterations
Use SQL to query databases and extract insights for decision-making
Partner with Engineering to scope technical feasibility, manage constraints, and ship
Collaborate with other PMs to ensure coherence across the product
Build strong relationships with Ops, Data, and Revenue
Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Execute AI/ML product experiments with guidance from senior team members
A product with strong product–market fit, very low churn and global ambition

3+ years experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
Strong data-driven mindset and comfortable pulling insights directly from databases using SQL
Experience executing a roadmap and leading initiatives with autonomy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Productboard, Jira, Notion, Figma, Metabase, Looker) for backlog prioritization and data analysis.
Customer-oriented + business-minded: you can connect product decisions to impact for users and for Trustpair
Problem-solver, able to structure and deliver ambiguous projects with a high ownership mindset, impact- and execution-driven
Driven to understand how CFOs, Treasurers, and Procurement teams work, and how technology can help reduce risk of fraud

Fluent in English
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure environments
