As a Tech Lead, you will join the Software team and report directly to our CTO.

You will lead a squad of 3 to 5 developers and play a key role in driving both technical excellence and team performance. You will contribute to strategic technical decisions while remaining hands-on in development.

Skaleet’s Core Banking Platform is a set of web and mobile applications, hosted in the cloud and delivered as a SaaS solution.

• Education: Master’s degree from an engineering school.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tech Lead in a fintech or banking environment.
