The number of interviews may vary depending on the team and the position, but overall, the process consists of four stages:

  1. HR interview: an initial video chat with our TA team to get to know each other, answer your questions and introduce you to our corporate culture.

  2. Interview with the hiring manager: you will meet with your team manager to discuss your experience, expectations and the job responsibilities in more details. This will also be an opportunity to ask questions and find out if there is a mutual fit.

  3. Technical interview: we will ask you to present a short use case to give us an idea of how we might work together in the future.

  4. Interview with a founder: you will talk with one of the founders. This is the final step in confirming your arrival at Sweep!
