Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Develop a detailed project management plan
Develop and manage the project schedule, with the assistance of a planner
Develop and manage the project budget, in accordance with the company procedures
Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assure the reporting documents set in the company procedures
Manage all financial aspects of the projects, including the invoicing to the client
Identify and manage risks and opportunities

Reporting & analysis:
Project Management Plan.
Monthly progress report.
Monthly review of project schedule.
Budget monthly follow-up and quarterly update.

Other:

Guarantee the implementation of the company H & S policy.
Guarantee the application of all company procedures and policies.
