Responsibilities: 1) I & P Design Team Management This includes the management of all IP design engineers composing the team, such as: - annual interviews, definition of individual objectives, measurement of the performance (HR / Talent Up process) - identification of the trainings to be given to the team (individually or collectively) - involvement in recruitments (interviews) - organization of newcomers arrival (in coordination with Admin, IT and HR) - induction and grooming of newcomers 2) O rganization of the Department activity and development This includes: - the global scheduling of IP designers activities, their allocation to projects, and globally speaking the IP design department workload follow-up - The reporting and follow-up of timesheets for the team, including tasks/activities breakdown; follow-up of absences and sick leaves -The identification of software / hardware needs for the team, and coordination with Procurement and IT to procure them. - The implementation of Suez methods, tools and standards related to the IP discipline - The follow up of files saving and backup procedure. 3) D epartment Performance This includes: - The measurement of the progress and productivity of the IP design team - The definition and follow-up of KPI for the IP design team - The identification of operational concerns, and proposition of corrective measures / action plans in case performance is not reached - The promotion of feedbacks (returns of experience) for continuous improvement 4) Support to Operations / Projects The includes: - Support to Proposals (technical guidance, organization of proposals drawings production, design review, etc according to the proposal department needs) - Support to projects in execution (engineering phase), by making sure proper resources are mobilized and that their production is meeting the required quality criteria - Support to site activities (for instance punctual assistance, troubleshooting, follow-up of as-built drawings etc upon project site team request) IP Design office lead could assist project design lead on some tasks as per project needs (Drawing checking, 3D production), and could endorse operational responsibilities on project according to the workload and/or at manager’s request. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree of Engineering course With 5+ years related work experience Experimented AUTOCAD 2D/3D, Revit, E3D Autonomous Able to Work in team Capable of working independently under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality Meticulous and detail oriented Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable/ report preparation Able to work under pressure Knowledge of equipment commonly used in the industry (preferably for water / wastewater treatment plants). Qualification needed

* Bachelor’s degree of Engineering course

* With 5+ years related work experience

* Experimented AUTOCAD 2D/3D, Revit, E3D

* Autonomous

* Able to Work in team

* Capable of working independently under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality

* Meticulous and detail oriented

* Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable/ report preparation

-Able to work under pressure

-Knowledge of equipment commonly used in the industry (preferably for water / wastewater treatment plants).

-Knowledge of water treatment process and their standard technologies, material of construction, corrosion.

-Competences in hydraulic / aeraulic calculations (piping head losses, TMH calculation).

-Leadership, capacity to manage operationally a small team. Meticulous, committed, structured.

-Time management and organizational skills.

-Communication skills as a team member.
