After proving ourselves on the French market, we began a Europeanization strategy with the opening of Germany 6 months ago. The aim is to open other countries in the coming months.

In this context, we are looking for an operations manager based in our Paris offices but mainly dedicated to International.

This role aims to bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Marketing by providing our team, especially our German Sales team, with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge for success.

This role focuses on providing the Stoïk team with learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. You will be part of the Product & Operations team and establish strong connections with user-facing teams (Support, Sales, Underwriting, etc). Your responsibilities include ensuring a smooth product feedback loop and coordinating high-quality feature launches.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Enablement program, including regular process training sessions and product updates to our team in German, French and English.

    • Support growth initiatives for the German team to grow our brokers network, and make it more profitable.

    • Design and implement sales process improvements to streamline the sales cycle and increase conversion rates.

    • Analyse sales performance and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Sales leadership.

    • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Product teams.

Požadavky na pozici

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or a similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment. (An experience in a fintech or insurtech is a plus.)

  • You must be native or really fluent in German !

  • Prior experience in mastering the sales enablement technology stack, including CRM, sales automation tools, and other platforms to enhance productivity. (Experience in building and scaling process from zero is a plus.)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record for working well across teams in an international environment.

  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done. Fast learner.
