You will play a key role in supporting these goals by leading a diverse and strategic internal event program, while also supporting local teams on external events for our broker partners.
You will be part of the Event team, reporting to the Global Event Manager.
This position is based in Paris — on-site presence during events is required.
🎯 Internal Events
Planning and coordinating team events: annual seminar, kick-off, quarterly events, etc;
Managing the team-building calendar across departments;
Overseeing the monthly co-working schedule;
Tracking and managing the internal event budget;
Handling team goodies and internal communication tools;
Driving internal communications, both cross-country and cross-departmental;
Collaborating with HR on onboarding processes: logistics for new joiners (workspace, equipment, welcome pack, coordination with HR & IT).
🏢 Office Management
Overseeing the daily operations of the Paris office;
Liaising with vendors and technical service providers (printers, badges, IT supplies, access, etc.);
Organizing and supporting team moments and social events (breakfasts, afterworks, team lunches, celebrations, etc.);
Acting as the ambassador of Stoïk’s company culture, fostering team spirit, communication, and a positive employee experience across our international teams.
🌎 External Event Support
Supporting the organization of external events across countries (trade shows, afterworks, training sessions, webinars, speaking engagements, etc.), depending on priorities and workload;
Providing on-site coordination and operational follow-up.

Degree in business or communication, ideally with a focus on event management.
First experience in event organization required.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and a high sense of quality.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Autonomous and structured.
Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
French proficiency is a plus.
