Sonio is a modular SaaS modular platform with 3 main products:
Sonio Expert: Assist the experts to conduct Diagnostics exams (CE Mark Class I), sold in Europe, Brazil and India.
Sonio Pro: Assist the practitioners to conduct Routine exams (Non-medical device), sold in Europe, 1st client in USA Q2 2023.
Sonio Detect: Automate exam control (Medical device expecting regulatory approval S2 2023)
This role is most likely to take ownership of Sonio Pro’s product. As we’re an early-stage start-up, we’re looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial drive and that wants to have an impact on our product development - not someone just focused on one aspect of our work.
About the role
We’re looking for someone to lead our Product composed of 3 people (2 Product Managers and 1 Product Designer). You’ll report directly to the COO and co-founder. Your main missions:
Team & Strategy
Working with the leadership teams and working closely with other teams, define the roadmaps and go-to-market strategy for each product.
Coach, manage and grow the product team - we expect the team to double in size by 2025.
Working closely with the COO, organise the team in order to be able to deliver several product lines at the same time.
Develop a product and data-driven culture within the team and overall at Sonio
Implement the right process to ensure great relationships with Sales & Customer Success team.
Hands-on Product contributions:
As we’re early stage, we’ll expect you to be hands-on with some strategic products for the company.
Lead the discovery of new AI products we are launching in the US or elsewhere in the world
Be the owner of the overall roadmap delivery
Sonio is a mission-driven company so interest in our mission is critical. Other requirements are:
You are very analytic: you master SQL & data visualisation tools, reporting, UX KPIs, heatmaps, funnels etc.
You have at least 5-7 years of product experience: You know what’s a spec, user story etc.
You value teamwork and you are team-oriented. This role will interact with most of the teams internally. Moreover, happiness and well-being are a priority in the way we’re building the team and we also want to be innovative here!
You speak perfect English and French, all other European languages are a plus
Other things that we value but that are not strong requirements:
IT or Medical experience (HIS, FHIR, Reporting, Planning, DICOM, etc.)
You have experience with OKRs, Sprint, exp. with developers and some Tech knowledge (python, …)
