As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth and success focusing on delivering outstanding candidates for all non-tech and tech positions in Paris. In addition, this role is also responsible for contributing to different projects and initiative at the global level.
Global Talent Acquisition (80 percent)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers for open positions across various business areas.
Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.
Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings
Strategic projects (20 percent)
