To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

Context

The aim of Skello's Product team is to design and create the product that best meets our customers' needs. This division is made up of different areas of expertise: Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers and Product Designers. 

Created in the early days of Skello, the Product Management team continues to develop and structure itself. Its mission is to guarantee the product roadmap and the prioritisation of each feature we develop.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team and help us further develop Skello as a product-led company. The ideal candidate will have an confirmed experience in management, a deep understanding of user experience and product-led methodologies, as well as a proven track record of success in B2C or B2B product management.

Missions

- Develop and implement product-led strategies and initiatives that align with Skello's mission and goals.

- Develop product growth strategies to increase adoption, retention and revenues.

- Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points, and translate these insights into actionable product features and improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product & tech teams, customer experience, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new product features and enhancements that deliver value to Skello's users and drive business growth.

- Analyse and interpret product data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product-led initiatives and optimise product performance.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and user experience design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve Skello's products and services.

- Coach other product managers into developing and implementing product-led strategies and initiatives, and lead them and our efforts to develop a best-in-class product.

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organisation

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus delivering successful B2C or B2B products.

- Strong understanding of product-led methodologies and user experience design principles.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work, motivate and inspire effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product-led initiatives that drive user engagement, retention, and growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
