Context

Skello is on its way to build the leader in workforce management for every shift teams in Europe. To do so, one of our main challenge is to make sure our revenue teams are as efficient as possible so that we grow our revenue in a scalable way.

To reach this objective, we have build a team called operational excellence to help Skello’s revenue team increase productivity thus helping our company grow in a scalable way.

As a tech lead managing the tech ops team you will be working inside our operationnal excellence Business Unit led by our COO, Emmanuelle. Your team will be instrumental in building the best tools and processes possible to grow the most efficient sales and customer machine on the market.

Missions

Lead our tech team roadmap and insure that your team delivers it efficiently

- In coordination with tech / product / ops and business teams, build a roadmap in line with our business objectives.

- Define and coordinate the sprints of your team to insure efficient delivery

- Review scoping and solution proposed by developers

- Implement best practices and changing our way of work : move from sandbox based development to scratch orgs, automated deployment and controls …

Project management:

- Lead technical project to improve your team efficiency : for instance migrate our "startup" salesforce production to a new production to help/enable the company in the acceleration/scale up

- In coordination with our tech team architects and product managers, insure that the decisions we take on salesforce and related tools / process are aligned with the way we build our product and our business vision.

Team Management :

- Challenge your team organization to best serve Skello efficiency

- Hire the best talents in your team

- Define the rituals in the teams to make them autonomous

- Manage their performance and help them grow on their technical as well as their soft skills

Qualifications

- To have a proven +5 years experience on Salesforce

- Ability to managed successfully tech teams of at least 3 persons

- Understand complex technical problems while still keeping in mind a business vision

- Structured, organized with a great ability to “democratize” access to complex information
