Véra Kempf, originally from Savoie, studied at Sciences Po. Before founding SINGULART in Paris, she had the chance to spend time in Budapest, Berlin and Pointe-Noire (Congo Brazzaville).
An entrepreneur at heart, Véra set up a first project in the pastry industry which did not work out but with which she learned the basics of startup in a hurry. It was her interest in photography (she is an absolute fan of Robert Capa) that led her to take an interest in the art market and to consider what digital could bring to artists and the art world in general.
Brice Lecompte, trained at Centrale Marseille, is a globe trotter at heart. For four years, he managed the KRDS media agency office in India and then travelled from Latin America to the Middle East. It was in India that he set up his first start-up.
This entrepreneurial taste drives him to pursue this adventure in France with the aim of creating a company with impact and deeply human values. Thanks to a decidedly data-driven background and a stint at Criteo, Brice is the face of customer analysis and acquisition at Singulart.
His objective? To create THE "coup de coeur" between a buyer and a work of art, but above all to make Singulart the world leader in art.
Jason is a young, passionate and lively Parisian recruiter! With a Master's degree in international HR management, he joined Singulart to contribute to the development of a multi-skilled and multi-cultural team. In addition to this mission, he is in charge of managing school relations and partnerships.
Attentive to the candidate and employee experience, he ensures that the recruitment process and onboarding are pleasant and stimulating! Jason's daily joy and good humour contribute to the warm atmosphere at SINGULART.
During her studies in Arts Management in Milan, Irene moved to Paris for a few months before falling in love with the city and deciding to make it her home. Given her passion for art, meeting Singulart in 2019 was immediately a great match that led her to invest her energies in finding talented artists in the role of Artist Liaison.
Today Irene's main mission is to take care of the automation of Account Management processes for the Artist Liaison team. The goal? Making life easier for artists and team members and she does it really well !
A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lille, Martin began his career in web development at Sponsorise.me, a startup whose mission is to help sportsmen and women find funding for their sports projects and careers. Trained in agile methodologies and Lean Management, he quickly turned to the management of technical teams. He took the position of CTO at Sponsorise.me (before Ulule bought the company), which he decided to leave to travel to South America alone with a backpack.
After 6 months full of encounters and discoveries, he spends a year at Worklife (ex-Yoopies) where he manages a tech team of 20 people between France and Ukraine. Passionate about music, he finally turned to Singulart to help the technical team grow and ensure the platform's scalability. The goal is to allow as many artists as possible to make a living from their art by presenting it to collectors around the world.
Founded in 2017, SINGULART is an online art gallery dedicated to helping artists take on the international barriers of the art market. With a team of 125 people (and still growing) and 26 different nationalities, our next big challenge is to recruit 200 people for 2022!
Recently, we secured a €60 million SERIES B fundraising, the most successful in the history of the cultural sector! What a journey in only 5 years and with so many more challenges to come! On a daily basis, we work hard to strengthen our mission: empowering artists and connecting them to art lovers around the world!
