At Siemens Global Business Services we are expanding our services and currently looking for Contract Administrator with German and English language to join our international order management / logistics center in Warsaw or Ostrava in one of our divisions.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Supporting the processing of service contracts for the company in terms of billing, internal cost accounting, master data, document and value flows
  • Review newly concluded service contracts and entering them into the SAP ERP system
  • Processing customer orders via SAP and Case Management System
  • Creating customer invoices
  • Checking and approving vendor invoices
  • Close cooperation with technicians and dispatch
  • Contacts with customer via phone/email
  • Handling customer complaints

What do you need to make real what matters:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or several years of experience in the commercial processing of customer contracts
  • Good understanding of processes and value flows
  • Knowledge of contract law
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proactive support
  • High level of initiative, reliability and teamwork
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Practical experience with SAP modules - will be a plus
