We're seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team working on the next generation of SIMATIC ET 200 family - our industry-leading decentralized I/O systems. Your task will be:

• Perform integration, system, performance, and certification testing
• Develop and maintain reliable test infrastructure and test setups
• Analyze and report test results effectively
• Creating, maintaining and adhering to testing documentation
• Designing, realizing and maintaining test automation
• Stay current with emerging testing technologies
• Implement innovative testing approaches[F51]
• Leverage AI-powered tools to maximize testing efficiency
• Manage work independently and efficiently
• Document and share technical expertise
• Contribute to team knowledge base and best practices

What we will appreciate from you:

• Experience as a Test Automation Engineer
• Experience with industrial automation systems
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, …)[F51]
• Experience with TIA Portal or similar automation tools
• Working knowledge of Python or equivalent programming languages
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Basic understanding of CI/CD practices
• Electrical engineering background (per Section 6 of Act No. 250/2021 Coll. and Government Order No. 194/2022)
• Good English communication skills
• Team-oriented approach
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
