What part will you play?

As our Team Lead you will be at the forefront of guiding and empowering a dynamic team of change and project managers. You'll foster a collaborative environment where your team can excel in supporting our internal customers, finding the best solutions for seamless project execution, and tackling intricate challenges. Your role will involve:

• Leading and Mentoring: Guiding and developing a team of change and project management professionals, ensuring their growth and success.
• Strategic Oversight: Providing strategic direction and oversight for multiple change initiatives and diverse projects (e.g., IT, finance, HR), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Problem Solving: Empowering your team to effectively solve customer problems with high initiative and a digital mindset.
• AI Integration: Exploring and championing the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools and methodologies to optimize project delivery, enhance change impact analysis, and streamline team operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a key sparring partner for our clients, especially when it comes to implementing digital solutions and managing organizational change.
• Knowledge Sharing: Fostering a culture of continuous learning, challenging the team to build new capabilities, and facilitating knowledge transfer across initiatives.
• Experience with leading change management initiatives

What you need to make real what matters:

We're looking for a leader who is not only adept at project and change management but also passionate about developing people and driving strategic impact.

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams of project and/or change managers.
• Strategic Acumen: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide strategic guidance and transform data into actionable insights for management decisions.
• Digital & AI Mindset: A keen interest in the automatization of processes, digitalization initiatives, and the application of Artificial Intelligence, with a proactive attitude towards embracing new technologies and convincing others to do the same.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas convincingly in English (German is definitely a plus, other languages are welcome).
• Diverse Experience: Extensive working experience in diverse project environments or a previous leadership role in a consulting environment, with strong links to digital transformation or project management.
• Resilience & Agility: Patient and agile when confronted with difficult situations, and motivated to push through during times of high pressure.
• International Outlook: An international mindset, displaying deep intercultural understanding and enjoying working in a global environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel, mostly within Europe – depending on specific project needs and agreements (from 0% to 50% of working time).
