Our team focus is complete industrial automation products development and product care during its life cycle. We are developing state of art industrial modules, industrial computers, touch and key panels like SIMATIC Unified, Basic or Mobile platforms and further operator industrial equipment like communication gateways, remote IO modules and accessories. Hardware and software changes are frequent in our active products.

We are looking for a new colleague, who will help us develop new products or drive products change management from analysis of requests until change implementation into series production in close collaboration with development team and Siemens production lines.

Your task will be:

• Design hardware systems and components using blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
• Create technical documentation of your design 
• Analysis of change requests with support of technical team. Hardware component change, new firmware releases, mechanical design changes or manufacturing changes
• Responsibility for the quality and delivery capability of the customer values generated (e.g., component availabilities, approvals, security, vulnerability) over the entire life cycle of the products.
• Collaboration with hardware and software developers and Siemens laboratories
• Organizing communication between participating teams (emails, meetings, locations visits)
• Creation and Maintenance of product data in Siemens PLM software IEC Teamcenter (BOM, documentation and production data) with support of expert’s team.
• Coordination, implementation and documentation of product changes and product improvements within the scope of process specifications and approval requirements
• Support of release of product into the series production. Factory sites in Germany and China
• Coordination of complete change process from requirements to release
• Responsibility for change analysis, planning, implementation, and status reporting

What we will appreciate from you:

• High school or university degree in technical area (or relevant experience in
• technical field or manufacturing quality and processes)
• Good knowledge of electronics (electronics products and components)
• Very good organization skills, proactivity and sense for teamplay
• Analytical thinking and being solution oriented
• English language at level allowing professional work
• Knowledge of basic project management is an advantage
• Knowledge of hardware design and reading schematics
• Knowledge of IEC Teamcenter is an advantage
• Professional experience in development
• Knowledge of design with EMC requirements – an advantage
