Our team In our team, we are responsible for many activities within the logistics chain. We will entrust you with a sub-activity for which you will be responsible. You will communicate with your colleagues in the team and with colleagues in Germany. What will your job be about? Transit procedures for import and export Preparation, making and verification of import and export customs declarations Inspection of deliveries of goods before customs clearance for compliance with customs documents according to instructions and legal requirements (number of packages, customs seal, etc.). In case of non-compliance, resolution with the local customs office with the involvement of the superior Preparation of the customs/tax return according to the working instructions and taking into account economic aspects and the release template Provision of import data/documents and verifying the veracity, or providing missing documents from internal and external partners. Monitoring customs deadlines Daily communication with teammates with whom you will collaborate and work to improve the process What do we expect from you?
