You‘ll make a difference by:

• Contributing to global team efforts by overseeing monthly reporting and cost control of R&D expenses and projects, while also conducting ad hoc analyses for management.
• Facilitating the annual budget planning for central R&D projects.
• Assisting management in meeting R&D productivity goals.
• Collaborating as either a team member or project manager on initiatives to enhance R&D processes and value streams.
• Seizing opportunities to assume greater responsibility in intricate projects, such as digitalization or company-wide endeavors with management focus

Your success is grounded in:

• Enthusiasm for value flow and accounting topics
• Several years of job experience in Controlling, Reporting and Forecasting
• Study of Business Administration/Economics or comparable
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Knowledge of Tools like Power BI, KNIME and UiPath is helpful
• High self-motivation and resilience
• English for daily business communication
• German language is an advantage
