Job description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to be in charge of the Customer care team (B2B & B2C). You will join the adventure from the beginning and you will contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris).
This is a unique experience to work on our three main countries (France, Germany & Italy) and being responsible of the day-to-day Operations of Sensaterra. You will manage a growing team of 3 people.
The daily responsabilities include:
Customer care B2C lead : as a customer service lead, you will be responsible for leading the team in pre- and post-sales customer service activities; ensuring the achievement of KPI objectives such as customer satisfaction and sales; identifying improvements; hiring and onboarding of new agents.
B2B : Making sure B2B clients are 100% satisfied. Helping structuring the department which was opened in February 2023 and already showing high growth.
Logistics : as operation manager you will supervise that the logistics processes work.
Process optimization : you will help developing the Operations department: find the right tools, create the right process, optimize these process, create a good collaboration with other departments.
Reporting: you will have to collect all the necessary data to send accurate reports to the founders. You will be responsible for analysing the performance of your teams, suggesting improvements or proposing new priorities.
Right Hand of the Founders: you will work directly with the Founders on several tasks: project management, product development, account management and strategy: gather information, find best solution and spread to other teams.
Required profile
You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth
You are a POSITIVE & problem solver person: there is no problem, only solution!
You already have proven operations or customer success experience
Communication skills : you are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
Data-driven : you are able to drive a department through KPI discussed with founders
You need to speak at least one of these languages: FRENCH/GERMAN/ITALIAN. Ideally French + another one
You are good at speaking in English
Experience with Zendesk is a plus
