The Finance team is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst starting from May 2024.

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will :

  • Closing and Reporting :
  • Review and analyze P&L’s
  • Ensure the accuracy of monthly revenue and expenses
  • Support monthly closing with the accounting team
  • Provide variance explanations
  • Improve existing reporting processes and tools; design for scalability
  • Provide guidance on monthly outlooks for each department
  • Preparing monthly analysis on key financial statement accounts and reporting (Comex and Board meetings)
  • Forecasting :
  • Coordinate and perform annual and bi-annual budgets/forecasts
  • Organizing timeline and agenda for data gathering
  • Analysis to prior budget or current tendencies
  • Preparation of analytical outcomes alongside the operational teams
  • Participating in various finance-led process improvement activities and other special projects

    • What will contribute to your success:

  • 5 years of experience in a finance or data-based role
  • Highly analytical with good communication skills (including senior management)
  • Building financial models and implementing controlling
  • French and English Fully proficient
  • Proficient Excel / G-Sheet
  • Proficiency in Pigment is a plus (reporting tool)
