Julian has been immersed in the startup world since he was a teenager when he launched the first student social network in 2004 at the age of 17 (Facebook was still very far away). With several experiences as a CTO and a business school degree (yes...), he specializes in distributed systems architecture and development with a focus on scalability.
He launched Cloudimage as a side project in 2015 and then co-founded Scaleflex in 2016. Today he focuses on backend systems architecture and administration automation of Scaleflex infrastructure.
Emil started his career as a pre-sales engineer in the US for AirWatch, a US Startup that later became the global leader in Mobile Device Management and acquired by VMware in 2014. During his 5 years as a pre-sales manager between the US, England and Germany, he learned to listen to customers and transcribe their problems into software features. Passionate about useful technology that scales, he joined Julian, whom he knows from his student days, to found Scaleflex in 2016 and build the most efficient R&D team in the world. His goal is now to replicate this recipe for Sales and Marketing with the objective to always do more with less.
After 8 years in Apple's Online Store division and 3 years in Airwatch's European sales management, Charles joined the Scaleflex adventure in 2016 alongside Julian and Emil, first as a sales reinforcement and then as a Channel manager. With a passion for beautiful products and a foot in the dynamics of Saas BtB since 2013, Charles is working to weave strategic partnerships (publishers, ISPs, integrators) to increase Cloudimage's growth tenfold over the next few years.
After gaining strong experience and skills in Project Management at large international organizations, Tram began her journey with Scaleflex, joining beginning of 2020, as Program Manager. Her goal was to enforce strategic management and cross-departmental organization.
Her areas of expertise include project planning and implementation, strategic communication and public relations. At Scaleflex, she oversees cross-functional organization-wide projects and launches new marketing initiatives. She also leads OKR tracking: streamlining operations and ensuring project quality.
Laura has always surrounded herself with entrepreneurs: after an early career in recruitment and the world of tech startups, she joined Scaleflex in 2018 to find an international dimension and rub shoulders with the B2B SaaS market. Her main mission: to build a solid Sales division!
Her daily routine is punctuated by portfolio management, new business, quotes, marketing strategies, channel, sales ops... A versatility that leaves room for creativity and that allows him to challenge himself every week.
Having worked in different fields then traveling across the world to pursue an international business degree in France, Ingrid decided to challenge her skills in the B2B startup Saas world by joining Scaleflex in mid 2020 as an Inbound Sales Associate. By having a passion for connecting with people from all over the world, Ingrid knew that Scaleflex’s international background would be a good fit for her.
Her daily tasks include reaching out to newly formed accounts, getting them acquainted with Cloudimage or Filerobot plus creating email marketing campaigns, maintaining Scaleflex’s websites, and more.
