Our Team:

Following the announcement in December 2019 of the creation of a standalone Global Business Unit, Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare (“CHC”) has grown into a leading consumer healthcare platform with a presence in 150 countries and over 11,000 employees, dedicated resources in R&D, manufacturing, information technology as well as its distinct sustainability roadmap. In Q3 2023, Sanofi announced its intention to separate the CHC Business as it increases its focus on innovative medicines and vaccines. The intended separation will seek to create two entities, each better equipped to pursue its own business strategy, resourcing and capital allocation and enabling each to focus on long-term growth in its respective markets. Sanofi believes that the separation will unlock further opportunities for CHC to leverage its portfolio of leading brands and continue to drive growth and shareholder value.

Amidst this exciting backdrop, the role of International Mobility Lead within the CHC People & Culture organization emerges as a vital position.

Reporting to the Global Benefits Lead, with strong partnerships with our People and Culture and Reward and Performance teams, you will be the subject matter expert on terms and conditions for internationally mobile employees within the CHC business. You will lead the project to develop the future operations and our policies in readiness for full carve out of the business.:

This role is central in developing the future International Mobility philosophy for CHC, aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the project to agree CHC’s new operating model including the development of policies and procedures.

  • Appoint, agree SLAs and manage the relationships of external service providers.

  • Lead transversal projects and ensure good governance of our mobility programmes.

  • Lead the full operational cycle of international mobility across all regions.

  • Prepare and review assignment packages and related calculations.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure process compliance.

  • Ensure a best-in-class employee experience.

  • Partner with colleagues from People and Culture and across the business to ensure great communication and adoption of mobility policies.

  • Keep abreast of changes in legislation and ensure they are encompassed in our policies to ensure compliance at all times.

  • Manage the recruitment and future professional development of the Global Mobility Analyst

About you

  • With over 7 years of experience in International Mobility roles, you bring a wealth of expertise to the table, including a mandatory focus on experience within France and at a global level.

  • Your proven track record includes effectively managing compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with tax and immigration services, and overseeing relocation processes, particularly within the intricacies of the French system.

  • Your excellent project management skills, commitment to deadlines, and ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse and cross-functional teams set you apart. Your solid social and cross-cultural skills reflect your genuine dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Proficient in English & French, you are a clear and articulate communicator at all levels.

  • Your continuous improvement mindset, coupled with a knack for creative thinking, makes you a positive influencer capable of articulating compelling cases for change and investment. Moreover, you possess the ability to influence stakeholders even without a direct reporting relationship.
