Objectives contribution:
- Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining department procedures to ensure products consistently meets regulatory, customer, and company standards.
- Manage resources, lead teams, and driving continuous improvement to enhance team performance.
Principal responsibilities:
- Ensuring safe operation and promote personnel safety 
- Develop & implement company procedures and standards as per customer's requirements and quality certifications standards.
- Controlling, archiving, preserving and destroying of controlled documents (internal and external)
- Performing change analysis
- Ensure on-time completion of internal and external audit
- Monitor performance data, analyze quality trends, and report KPI
- Manage department OPEX and CAPEX
- Grant team development, and carrier growth identifying and providing training and qualification
- Coordinate for cross department cooperation
- Managing risk assessment, ensure business continuity plan and crisis management
- Provide 5S, FOD and safety management systems awareness to the team
Reporting:
- Regular review with quality manager
- Activity report
- KPI 
- B Tech with 8 years minimum of experience or M Tech and higher degrees with 2 to 3 years minimum of experience
- Previous experience in the aerospace quality management system department is preferred but not mandatory 
- Attention to detail, Problem-solving abilities
- Good at communication and innovation spirit
- Planning & organizing abilities
- Knowledge of quality standards, systems, and tools
- Strong leadership and team building/management skills with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate and deployment of team resources
- Fluent in verbal and written English
