- Demand Management:
. Review demand from the client according to delay and previous commitments.
. Validate demand according to S&OP from CEI/Corporate.
. Validate and challenge demand according to load-capacity analysis
. Realize short -term demand modification analysis with production planning and production line teams.

- Secure continuity of the S&OP process:
. Organize pre-S&OP meeting with all involved teams (Method, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilites, Maintenance...)
. Define an annual plan according to the demand with all the participants.
. Challenge la according to load capacity analysis and Get Well commitments.
. Follow-up on actions plan to secure the S&OP plan defined on.
. Secure Get Well commitments with the clients

- Update load capacity analysis (machine + manpower) according to the manufacturing plan
- Define and follow-up on load capacity improvement actions to secure MPS.
- Update and secure MPS for the different production lines, considering the finished-good politics, WIPs, leadtimes, and bottleneck operations.
- Manage general production data in ERP (prices, launch plans...)
- Active participation in the innovation plant program
