Provide support to business operations
Employee travel management – support with visa, ticketing and travel arrangements using domestic Portal
Visitor management – coordinate with visitors for ID and visa copies, arrange SEZ permissions, site entry, organize PPE as needed, local commute, other logistics as needed
Coordinate with office services for meeting room organization, soft services, lunch arrangements for visitors/guests as needed
Submission of all invoices to accounts for further processing, coordinate and follow-up for payments
Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture.
Manage improvement drives such as 5'S, kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Manage low carbon activities to meet defined objectives by reduction in energy consumption, renewable energy deployment, waste control, etc.
Consumable management, raise PRs, ensure POs are released timely for admin managed items, define inventory strategies based on consumption & supply lead time data.


Graduate or Diploma with 3-5 years experience
Must have good communication skills
Should be able to handle multiple tasks.
Proactive in identifying and recommending new approaches to improve quality, cost, and processes.
Continuous improvement.
