We are looking for someone to build and lead Roundtable’s UK market from the ground up.
This is not a traditional business development role.
You will operate at the intersection of: venture capital, private markets infrastructure, ecosystem building and high-stakes deal execution.
Working directly with our founders, you will be responsible for establishing Roundtable as a key player in the UK ecosystem.
Your role is to support the penetration of the UK market.
As part of this role, you will:
Define and execute our UK go-to-market strategy
Build and activate relationships with VCs, angels, lawyers and key ecosystem players
Generate and close high-stakes transactions (from €100k SPVs to €250M+ funds)
Develop partnerships to accelerate market entry
Represent Roundtable within the UK ecosystem (events, communities, networks)
Contribute to our positioning and brand locally
Structure and track key initiatives
Hire and build a local team over time
Experience: 5+ years in venture, private markets, fintech or high-growth startups, with exposure to commercial roles, fundraising or investment processes in the UK ecosystem
Ecosystem: Comfortable engaging VCs, angels, founders and key stakeholders
Commercial ownership: Proven ability to drive outcomes (closing deals, partnerships, revenue)
Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership beyond your scope and constantly look for better ways to execute.
Execution: Structured, detail-oriented, able to manage complex processes
Language: Fluent in English (French is a plus)
You’ll build something from zero, with full ownership and direct exposure to the founders
You’ll operate at the core of the venture ecosystem, working closely with top-tier investors
You’ll combine strategy, ecosystem building and deal execution in a single role
You’ll join a small, high-bar team where ownership is real - with meaningful equity
