As part of its expansion, Rise Up is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the follow-up of the services provided to our customers. As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will manage the deployment of our solution to our customers, made up of training organizations and enterprises. You will be responsible for the operational follow-up of the project and will ensure that our contractual commitments are respected. What is expected in this role :
* Participate in pre-sales meetings to manage client expectations and timeline* Follow your customers in the deployment phase (carry out product training, help the customer in the configuration, be the interface between the customer and our technical project managers)* Ensure the satisfaction and use of the platform by your customers portfolio* Be the customer's ambassador within Rise Up * Ensure proper reporting of customer KPIs in Planhat, our customer success platform* Know how to manage and respond to crisis situations while maintaining customer satisfaction* Stay up to date with news and developments related to the Rise Up platform
You will report to the Head of Delivery France who will help you to develop in-depth product knowledge.
