As part of its expansion, Rise Up is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the follow-up of the services provided to our customers.
As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will manage the deployment of our solution to our customers, made up of training organizations and enterprises. You will be responsible for the operational follow-up of the project and will ensure that our contractual commitments are respected.
What is expected in this role :
You are based in France. You will report to the Head of Delivery France who will help you to develop in-depth product knowledge.
