In this challenging context, we are looking for our new Country Marketing Manager UK in charge of boosting the growth of Ringover!

Your missions :
Go to market Strategy

• Take full ownership of Go-to-market strategy (following closely the P&L of your country) and especially in charge of the following acquisition channels strategy: Events, Webinars, PR & Partnerships. Define and respect a budget based on CAC.
• Be proactive in the product go-to-market process
• Be the expert on the competition landscape of your market
• Develop a detailed knowledge of the markets’ actual needs
• Create and implement solutions to achieve the acquisition goals on your market.
• Update the marketing data report and follow your KPIS.
• Work hand in hand with the Sales team

Acquisition Channels ownership

• identity & Plan & Organize physical events to acquire new clients
• identity & Plan & Organize the animation and preparation of webinars to our prospects
• Manage & execute the communication plan (sales materials, PR, posters…)
• Identify & Plan & execute Partnerships
• There will be national travel in this role

Technical skills:

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Marketing / business school background preferred 
• entrepreneurship mindset / sales skills 
• Mastering writing for the web (titling, style, information architecture)
