Resilience is a French scale-up revolutionizing chronic disease management through digital medical devices. We have already demonstrated leadership in oncology in France by combining clinical excellence and digital innovation. Today, we aim to replicate this success in psychiatry to sustainably improve mental healthcare pathways.
As Clinical Lead Psychiatry, you will own the clinical development strategy for Resilience’s psychiatry portfolio and act as the medical reference for our digital medical device in mood disorders (Edra).
You will lead clinical evidence generation in close partnership with a Clinical Scientist, while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Product, and Market Access teams.
This role currently reports to the Chief Medical Officer and is a key pillar to replicate Resilience’s oncology success in psychiatry.
Clinical Development (Core responsibility)
Define and execute the clinical development strategy in psychiatry
Serve as clinical lead for Resilience-sponsored studies (including EC-102)
Provide medical oversight on:
study design and endpoints
protocol development and amendments
data interpretation and clinical relevance
Ensure clinical robustness for regulatory submissions & reimbursement and evidence discussions
Cross-functional Leadership
Partner closely with the Clinical Scientist on study execution and data quality
Collaborate with:
Biostatistics (study design, analyses, endpoints)
QARA / Regulatory (clinical compliance, MDR, vigilance)
Product (translation of clinical needs into digital features)
Market Access & Public Affairs (clinical evidence support)
Medical Affairs Interface (collaborative role)
Support Medical Affairs with:
scientific narratives and clinical positioning
KOL engagement strategy and advisory boards
congresses and external scientific communication
Act as medical expert when needed, without owning day-to-day Medical Affairs execution
External Representation
Represent Resilience with:
key opinion leaders
academic centers
health authorities and expert panels
Contribute to Resilience’s scientific credibility in psychiatry
A strategic thinker beyond individual patient care
Excellent at interpersonal communication and presentation
Able to structure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and able to work with multidisciplinary teams
Rigorous in scientific and clinical matters
Board certification in psychiatry
At least 3 years of experience in clinical research (industry or academia, preferably industry)
Proven involvement in clinical studies (design, execution, interpretation)
Strong understanding of regulatory and evidence expectations
Active connections with psychiatric centers
C1 level English minimum
Have experience in medical affairs or medical device development
