Created 17 years ago, Recommerce Solutions has a mission to enable the circular economy and have a positive impact on the environment and on climate.

The company is experiencing strong growth and has already achieved over €210 million in revenue. It has with 250 employees, known as "Recommercants," spread across 10 countries in Europe.

Recommerce is an expert in the buyback, refurbishment, and resale of smartphones and other electronic and high-tech products. We give a second life to products through innovative technologies and methods, from collection to resale.

We collaborate with major European operators (Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile...), distributors (Boulanger), e-commerce players (Amazon), and OEMs (Samsung, Microsoft...). We market our products in more than 25 countries in Europe and around the world.

🚀Your missions :

  • Develop the resale and buyback business in your territory for smartphones and other product categories (tablets, laptops…)

  • Drive the product sales business in Iberia to surpass 10M€ in revenue within 3 years and effectively manage and grow our strategic buyback accounts

  • Fine tune local strategy to be successful within the local environment

  • Build strong relationships with main partners

  • Manage the day-to-day activities related to sales, buyback and marketing activities

  • Undertake planned business travel in Spain, Portugal and France

🫵About you :

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales, business development, or key account management.

  • Background in telecommunications, OEMs, electronics retail, or e-commerce. Knowledge of the refurbished market and/or circular economy is a plus.

  • Available to work in a dynamic environment and engage with senior stakeholders.

  • Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic collaboration

  • Willingness and ability to undertake planned business travel in Spain, Portugal and

  • France (approx 10% of your time - with trips spread throughout the year)

  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. French or other languages are valued.
