ABOUT THE ROLE…
Pure Storage France is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join our High-Commercial team in Paris. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, working with our channel resellers and key customer accounts. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in the Enterprise & Strategic Mid-Market private sector.
You will be responsible for accelerating Pure’s footprint across high-potential commercial segments in France—an area of strategic importance. You’ll prospect into targeted mid-market accounts and further develop existing relationships, supporting our mission to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions to the market.
YOUR CHALLENGE…
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Promote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology.
 - Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers across key commercial sectors, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term growth.
 - Lead and Strategize: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers and expand within existing ones.
 - Drive Prospection Excellence: Actively identify and engage new prospects within target industries to build a robust pipeline.
 - Manage Sales Pipeline: Execute daily prospecting activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
 - Collaborate with Partners: Work with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position Pure Storage effectively.
 - Execute Account Strategies: Implement targeted strategies to consistently close new business.
 - Deliver Results: Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
 - Communicate Effectively: Present proposals highlighting Pure Storage’s business value and technical differentiation.
 
WHAT YOU’LL BRING…
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Sales Passion: A strong drive for sales and relationship building.
 - Mid-Market Experience: Experience with direct and indirect sales in the commercial sector, especially within the Enterprise & Strategic mid-market.
 - Prospecting Skills: Demonstrated success in prospecting into new accounts—this is a hunter role.
 - Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
 - Proven Success: A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
 - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
 - Industry Knowledge: Exposure to sectors such as Healthcare & Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Industrial/Construction is highly valued.
 - Technical Acumen: Capable of leading infrastructure sales conversations with technical stakeholders.
 - Communication Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.
 - Experience: 5+ years of field sales experience.
 - Language Skills: Professional written & verbal French and professional English proficiency required.
