Assertively prospect, develop and close relationships with publishers, app developers and technology platforms for CORE Private Exchange (CPE). Develop relationships with new clients by gaining a clear understanding of their goals, current monetisation strategy and integration solutions. Source relationships and own the process, from prospecting to the launch of the new account. Continue to develop and grow these accounts, with the assistance of a Media Development Representative, and guide the client in achieving their full earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and execute a local publisher strategy enabling the long-term growth of the European and global businesses.
  • Prospect, develop and close new publisher relationships for the CORE Private Exchange (CPE).
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend and implement strategies to ensure new publisher success.
  • Negotiate contracts with new clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly revenue expectations by successfully closing new business.
  • Identify publisher trends and communicate with internal stakeholders.
  • Build relationships across the wider Publicis Groupe to surface opportunities for collaboration.
  • Provide thought leadership both inside and outside of the Epsilon organisation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in ad tech, an SSP or programmatic focused publisher.
  • A comprehensive understanding of publisher business models.
  • In depth knowledge of the online advertising industry, technology solutions, ad serving, media trading, RTB, header bidding and related adtech.
  • Established relationships with the Comscore Top 100 ranked publishers in France.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and leading successful partnerships with major publishing groups.
  • Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential clients and drive opportunities from prospect through to deal close.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
