- In charge of social media pages of Luxury and Premium hospitality brands
- Responsible for content creation for monthly calendars and campaigns
- Daily Moderation of the pages by answering the users’ comments, mentions, and private messages. Also, this includes interacting with positive comments and suggesting reposts, hiding spams, and assigning complaints to customer care
- Reporting on posts/campaigns/pages performances on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Daily publishing / scheduling of posts on pages using Sprinklr and/or natively, and sending posts to paid media team for boosting
- Work hand in hand with the various teams in paid media, creative, production, influence, and client facing to maintain all members aligned on deliverables
- Report on daily basis to the Head of Social
- Training interns and new joiners on tools like Sprinklr for publishing, reporting and moderation
