We are seeking an experienced IT Project Delivery Lead to join our team and manage the deployment and roll-out of multi-country finance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of project delivery experience, preferably in an IT consulting company.

The IT Project Delivery Lead will be responsible for the successful implementation of finance solutions across various countries, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage detailed project plans for multi-country finance solution deployments, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Business, and Operations, to ensure that all project requirements and objectives are met.
3. Manage project risks and issues, identifying and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies as needed.
4. Track and report project progress, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status, risks, and issues.
5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
6. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, as well as compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
7. Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
8. Perform project close-out activities, including conducting post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring that project documentation is properly archived.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of project delivery experience, ideally in an IT consulting company.
3. Proven experience managing multi-country finance solution deployments, including ERP and/or financial management systems.
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.
7. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
