As a founder’s associate you will be working directly with the CEO in a dynamic role working on various projects and tasks. Your main functions will include:

• Support the CEO with fundraising:

o Develop compelling and visually engaging pitch decks

o Identify and secure non-dilutive grants

o Assist in investor due diligence and sourcing

• Grow the company’s network: Identifying conferences, advisors and other events for the company to attend

• Implement tools to ensure smooth storage and transmission of information to follow company growth

• Recruiting top talent to the team

• Conduct market research and identify industry trends, potential competitors and opportunities in the market

• Give insights and recommendations for strategic decision making

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or other relevant fields with at least one year at Masters level (M1 or equivalent)

• Minimum six months of professional experience

• Ability to multitask and manage tasks and projects simultaneously

• Fluency in English

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to think in a creative manner to solve problems – a strong bias to action

• Able to work in a timely manner to meet tight deadlines

• Quick learner, eager to take on new tasks outside of comfort zone

• Great communication skills, and open to both giving and receiving feedback

• Entrepreneurial Mindset – as an early-stage start-up we need someone who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities, take initiative and be proactive in contributing to the success of the team

• Industry knowledge

• Previous start-up experience

• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Law degree or legal experience

• Scientific training

• Experience with HubSpot, Miro, Airtable, Notion, Payfit, and Pennylane

• IT background – comfortable implementing & maintaining new systems

• French language
