Lead a team of Technical Support EngineersEnsure customer satisfaction through high-quality support, responsive customer service, and professional knowledge sharingAssess & develop team knowledge & skills levels based on product growth and incident volume in your regions.Hire the right engineers to grow your teamDevelop your team by effective coaching, mentoring, and trainingEnsure your team is monitorable through relevant metricsEnsure our customer's technical requests are resolvedPartner with our Customer Success Team to improve our support processTest and verify technical issues, reproduce faultsInvestigate events such as alerts from our Monitoring tool - DatadogAbout you
You have experience of the ITIL principles (Including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.)A strong culture of delivery & driving operational performance through KPI measurementAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.Experienced in managing and leading projects.You have at least 4+ years of experience as a technical support specialist or similar roleYou are Technically savvy and like solving technical problems.You are fluent in python and have good knowledge of SQLYou have excellent written and interpersonal skillsProactively communicate issues and keeps the team informedYou are independent and accountableYou have strong empathy for customersWhat we offer :
